Information you give us. When you request a quote, call us or otherwise contact us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, property address and details about your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site collects limited technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, approximate location (city or region), the pages you view, the site that referred you and the date and time of your visit. This information is collected through Google Analytics and through standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.

Quote requests

Our online quote request form is hosted by Jobber, the scheduling and customer-management service we use. When you click “Get a free quote,” you leave this Site and go to a form on Jobber’s website. Information you submit there is collected by Jobber on our behalf and shared with us so we can schedule your inspection and prepare your quote. Jobber’s handling of that information is also covered by Jobber’s privacy policy.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your questions and quote requests;
  • schedule inspections, prepare written quotes and complete your project;
  • communicate with you about your project, including by phone, text message or email;
  • understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it; and
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics, which places cookies in your browser to help us understand how visitors find and use the Site, including how many people click to call us or request a quote.   • manufacturers or suppliers, when needed to order materials or register a product warranty for your project; and
  • government authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

The Site links to other websites, such as Jobber and Google. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We keep project and customer information for as long as needed to provide our services, honor warranties and meet legal and accounting requirements. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
